She’s…holding up. She’s in a lot of pain from some medication and she’s disgusted. She feels gross but she’s taking this whole situation well. She was terrified that nobody would believe her, nobody would think she was raped and that she just got super hammered and slept with her coworker (who she had like 2 short conversations about hanging out with before that and literally that was it…they were not friends persay). Just knowing that she was taken advantage of and it wasn’t her fault,makes her feel better. 

she had her medical exam  and evidence was gathered. The forensic nurse told the woman that she should NOT feel guilty. At all. The forensic nurse told her that since she was basically blacking out from being so drunk, or drunk at all, there was no way she could have consented because she wasn’t sober. Simple as that. She did not consent and the boy should have left her alone. he took advantage of her and she’s decided to report. Not to really have him arrested, he kind of has a defense (being drunk as well), but to teach him a lesson. The forensic nurse said he may or may not get charged but even if he doesn’t, he’ll maybe be a little smarter when faced with similar situations if anything. 

I’d like you all to know that she didn’t “claim rape” and just cheat on her boyfriend. She’s been in similar situations. Even with strangers. Drunk as fuck alone with someone, with multiple people, drunk and horny around people that she would have considered attractive, but she never acted and those equally drunk or high boys were all smart enough to leave her alone too. The forensic nurse told her that she did not cheat. She did not do anything wrong and she is extremely grateful that somebody was finally able to help her. She wasn’t even going to report it or go to the hospital at first because she was scared that she actually cheated but after he said he had “sex” with her THREE times and she only remembers trying to pass out and flashes on pain, she thought she would take an anonymous poll through my tumblr and then ask a good friend to take her to the ER so she could get guidance from somebody who deals with this on a shockingly daily basis and figure out what she should do. So…there.
